The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems is dedicated to improving the quality of patient care and safety of the transport environment for services providing rotorwing, fixed wing and ground transport systems.

Values, Vision and Mission
At the April 2009 Board meeting, the CAMTS Board of Directors abbreviated the Mission Statement and after months of discussion, voted and finalized the CAMTS Vision Statement and Values. The Board also approved Transport Organization Expectations for services that apply for accreditation.

Mission Statement
CAMTS is a peer review organization dedicated to improving patient care and transport safety by providing a dynamic accreditation process through the development of standards, education, and services that support our vision.

Vision Statement
All patients are transported safely by qualified personnel using the appropriate mode of transport.
